Jaxxen Incorporated was originally incorporated in the State of Connecticut under the name of Inmark Corporation in 1977 and is independently owned and operated.
Goals and Objectives.Jaxxen is the original representative for Elesta AG in Bad Ragaz, Switzerland since the early 1980’s. Sales of Elesta relays and Optosensors peaked in 1993 when the sales volume reached almost seven million dollars. A large percentage of sales were for safety or “forcibly guided” relays and miniature circuit breakers as well. Jaxxen thus wishes to establish a close working relationship with other reliable European, American and Asian manufacturers of relays or other similar electronic and electrical components.The goals are to successfully introduce the new product/s into the U.S. market through an aggressive sales and creative marketing campaign. Thereby establishing a solid base and respected product name for our principals.
